Please feel free to visit my most recent gallery event at Penn State. If you missed the live show...you're still in luck. Take somewhat of a virtual tour...less the wine and cheese of course. Apparently we haven't managed to deliver perishables via a cyber source...yet? Anyway, keep on a scrollin down the page...you'll get there.
and more:
Let's call this "Runs in the family I reckon" - Follow links below and see my very talented relatives' fine art.
My adventures dabbling in pen and ink definatly pales in comparison to my 1st cousin's artistic efforts.
Brother and Sister; Bobby Shamey http://shamey.com/
and
Rochelle "Shamey" Ford http://www.metalsculptor.com/
are self taught artists...believe it or not!
There crafts are very different...in size and subject. However they are equally...extrordinarily talented and uniquiqly creative in their genius! And no, I don't throw around "genius" lightly...as you'll see when you visit their websites. Please do...you won't be disappointed...I assure you.
Ps. come to think of it my mother could do some magical things with fresh and or dried flowers. And I'm certain my dad's napkin sketches of a fish and a rabbit first sparked my interest in making marks on paper...hmm?
